Welcome to the Crafty Cupcakes Team Stampin' Up! Blog Hop for March 2018. Each month members of the Team take part in our Team Blog Hop to
share with you our cards and projects made using the fabulous Stampin' Up!
products. You are currently visiting Jillian Selwood from the UK and below you
will see the full list of everyone taking part. To move to the next blog just
click the name after mine in the list. This month our theme is Boxes and Bags.
I wanted to gift some of my homemade biscuits and decided it would be nice to put them in a box instead of a cellophane bag. I'm still in love with these twist top boxes so that's what I've made.
I used three of the 2017 - 2019 In-Colours, Powder Pink, Fresh Fig and Lemon Lime Twist and I decorated them with the Fresh Florals DSP. The sentiment comes from the Just add Text Stamp Set and I used the Stampin' Up! White Embossing Powder, although I do think it looks better on the Fresh Fig box as it stands out a bit more.
The boxes are huge so I will be able to fit a lot of biscuits in them, I hope the recipients are hungry!!
The Team have worked really hard on our Blog Hop to bring you a variety of creativity and inspiration. Make sure you click the next name on the list to carry on through the Hop.
Thank you once again for visiting my blog and taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss so make sure you carry on hopping through the list. Remember that currently you are at my blog Jillian Selwood so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next.
Until next week

DeleteVery pretty! I also like the use of DSP. Yes, I'm a hoarder off DSP. But, I am getting better.
ReplyDeleteThanks Gloria. The DSP is usually too nice to cut into isn’t it? I find it so difficult x
DeleteFabulous Jillian, love the twist top on these boxes xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks Lesley xx
DeleteI love these boxes as well! I love them so much, I'd love to learn how to make them. Would you share the directions? Thank you for sharing!

DeleteThese boxes are beautiful Jillian, I think I have seen a video tutorial which shows you how to make them. I agree about the white embossing powder on the pink and lemon lime twist colours but what other colour embossing powder would you have used instead? :O) xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Lorraine. I don’t think silver or gold embossing powder would have looked right so I guess the only thing I could have done differently was use white cardstock and stamp with coloured ink xx
DeleteJillian these boxes are fantastic, the actual shape, the closure and the colours too. Great project! :O) xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Lorraine xx
