Stampin' Up! Tranquil Tulips Birthday Card

I have been sending lots of birthday cards this month, someone turning 60 and a special crafting friend who turned 70 as well as eight other people who celebrated their birthday this month.

My birthday was back in August and I received a beautiful card from Donna Willows, a fellow Pootler, using the Tranquil Tulips stamp set. I decided to case this card for my October birthday cards. I have made it in various different colourways and just love each of them.

Although I must admit to perhaps liking this purple one a little more than the others, not sure why that should be!

I usually steer away from two step stamping but this stamp set is so easy and very forgiving, I just love the watercolour effect.

    Each one I saw I decided was my favourite haha, I think in the end I prefer the red and it shouts out to me... but they are all beautiful x

    A beautiful display of cards Jillian and a stamp set I haven't used much. Love all your different colourways but of course for me it has to be Number 2. I can't think why!!!

      Thanks Jill, I struggle making cards in any other colours than purple, to be honest, so it’s great getting positive feedback on the other colours xx
