Stampin' Up! Concertina Thank You Card

Fancy Fold Concertina Thank You card

I recently needed to make a very special Thank you card and fortunately I remembered watching Jill Chapman of PaperDaisyCrafting make a beautiful Congratulations card on You Tube. You can find the link here

It was a little difficult to photograph as it was so long, I had to stand on some ladders with the card on the floor to fit it all in!! Here it is scrunched up a bit.

Softly Falling Embossing Folder, Thank you Card

So I wanted something every cheerful and bright so decided to use Night of Navy, Real Red and Daffodil Delight cardstock.

Special Thank You card

Real Red, Night of Navy, Daffodil Delight

This is what it looks like folded up, I  used the Night of Navy 5/8" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon to secure it.

The recipients were absolutely delighted with it so massive thanks to Jill for the brilliant tutorial.

Thank you for stopping by this week and reading my blog, I do hope you’ve enjoyed it. Until next week.

  1. This is fantastic Jillian no wonder the recipient loved it! I have seen this type of card before I think it was called a 'concertina' card. I want to thank you too for going to my blog page too and giving me feedback on my new projects it is really great to think that someone else is looking at your designs. :O)

    1. Aww thanks Lorraine. You are correct it is a concertina Card. I’d forgotten to write that in the blog post!
You are more than welcome, I think it’s really important to support one another when and where we can. xx
