Crafty Cupcakes March Stampin' Showcase entry

In March we had a Stampin' Showcase challenge which had to include some Sale-a-Bration items.

I used four Sale-a-Bration items, the fabulous metallic ribbon, the beautiful carried away DSP, the glimmer paper in mint macaron and the Any Occasion stamp set to make this easel card and matching gift bag. It was also a great excuse the use the Lift me up Stamp set and the Up and Away framelit dies.

Simply Sketched Saturday Challenge March 2017

The lovely Sally Shaw designed our sketch this month and here it is:

 I thought I'd be a bit rebellious this month and use balloons instead of circles! Here's my take on the sketch

I used the Lift me up stamp set and stamped the two smaller balloons in Watermelon Wonder and Peekaboo Peach and then die cut them out using the Up and Away thinlit dies. I used the Carried Away DSP for the banners. I used the sentiment from the Lift me up Stamp set. I finished the card off with some clouds and some Wink of Stella. 

I'm rather pleased with the finished card and I hope you like it too.
